Conditions of Ordering
By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age.
- Alcoholic beverages must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age at the time of delivery.
- You may order any mix of products of your choices.(NB – Unit prices apply when selecting your own mixed dozen.)
- Any deliveries requiring redeliver, or redirection from an address provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional charge.
- Please note, all the wine stocks may not be available in store at all times. If you wish, please call beforehand to ensure stocks are available.
- All stocks are subject to an increases in government charges and wholesale prices.
- All prices quoted are Australian Dollars.
- Orders are shipped as soon as possible. However, if the temperature is deemed too hot we will hold the stock until it is safe.
- We accept VISA and MasterCard through our secure payment gateway, NAB Transact. Full payment for your delivery will be deducted from your credit card at the completion of the transaction. Delivery arrangements will not commence until full payment has been received.
- Any promotional offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Each offer may only be valid for a limited time and may only be used once. We reserve the right to revoke a promotion at any time.
