Returns & Refunds

At Grevillea Wines, every bottle is carefully selected and thoughtfully packed before it leaves our cellar. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, so we kindly ask that you choose your wine and vintage with care before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll be more than happy to arrange:

A replacement bottle, or

A full refund for the item (excluding shipping)

A Note on Returns

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

Refunds apply to the cost of the wine only; shipping is non-refundable
