At Grevillea Food & Wines, we stand behind the quality of our wines and service. If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement, excluding shipping costs.


Eligibility for Return
 • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
 • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
 • We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.


Refund or Replacement Options
 • You may choose between a full refund (excluding shipping) or a replacement item.


Return Process
 1. Email us first at babu@grevilleawines.com.au to initiate the return.
 2. Once approved, you may send the item back to us.
 3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
