Mitolo Jester Shiraz

Mitolo Jester is bright, lifted and aromatic, with raspberry and choc mint characters. Full flavoured and elegant, with dark fruit flavours of plum and blackberry, complemented by dark chocolate, liquorice and white pepper spice. Following ferment, it has been carefully press the wine to separate it from the skins. The wine is then transferred into oak barrels where it stays for 18 months before bottling.
