2023 Stargazer Chardonnay

There is the trademark Tasmanian stone fruit character on the nose, this year more in the lifted nose shows plenty of white nectarine and fresh pear with some background secondary notes of gun-flint and almond meal. The palate is complex and round with mandarin juice mouth-watering acidity, the fruit and oak integrated and focused at the same time.
