A single-varietal expression of Caíño, showcasing the grape’s natural vibrancy and aromatic complexity. The wine is foot-trodden with whole clusters and undergoes spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels, followed by aging for 16 months in 225-liter French oak barrels and additional maturation in chestnut casks. It offers lifted aromas of wild berries, crushed herbs, and floral notes, with a lively palate marked by bright acidity, fine tannins, and a long, mineral finish shaped by the slate, quartz, and gneiss soils of Ribeira Sacra.
