ARTISAN PANETTONE : without raisins, without candied citrus fruits, filled with Pistachio Cream. Naturally leavened baked confectionery product. Ingredients : wheat flour, sugar, butter, fresh egg yolk*, water, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), milk, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavourings, salt. Filling: pistachio cream 20% (pistachios 0.2%), glucose syrup (OMG free), sugar, water, pistachio paste 10% (Bronte pistachio, copper chlorophyll), skimmed milk powder, sunflower oil, egg yolk, flavourings, thickener: pectin 440ii, preservative: potassium sorbate 0.03%. * Free-range eggs.
