Awatere River Marlborough Pinot Gris

Bright straw-yellow colour, lighter on the rim. The nose is softly voluminous with fragrant aromas of exotic yellow stonefruits and florals, with notes white peach, poached pears and cardamom, lychee and melon. The nose possesses freshness and vibrancy. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has a good core of yellow stonefruits, exotic yellow florals and nutty notes. Full and soft on the palate with juicy, lush fruit followed by a clean finish. The mouthfeel is fresh with fine, dry, phenolic-textured line and balanced acidity.
