A fine, persistent bead carries flavours of grapefruit pith, pear skin, and light brioche, giving the wine both freshness and subtle autolytic depth. The acidity is crisp and lively, keeping the fruit taut and refreshing, while a faint chalky, mineral edge adds finesse. The finish is clean, dry, and lightly nutty, leaving lingering notes of citrus and orchard fruit.
