It opens with black cherry, mulberry, and blueberry compote, then shifts into a savoury core of white pepper, dried herbs, and subtle smoked meat. The tannins are fine, powdery, and gently assertive, giving the wine shape without weight, while the acidity is fresh and lively, keeping the fruit lifted. A faint thread of violet, cocoa, and graphite adds quiet complexity. The finish is long, spicy, and mineral‑edged, carrying blue‑fruit purity and a whisper of pepper.
