Bellvale Pinot Gris

Fragrant and expressive, with aromas of ripe pear, apple and other orchard fruits, lifted by delicate florals and gentle sweet spice. The palate is supple and textural, with concentrated fruit balanced by bright, refreshing acidity. Subtle mineral and savoury characters add complexity, while the long, energetic finish shows excellent freshness and balance. The wine was fermented with ambient yeasts in old French oak and left on lees for ten months, adding depth and texture.
