A lightly-structured, highly textural amber wine breezing in at 10.8% abv, awash with sluicing acidity, explosive orchard fruits, cool herb, and the subtle hum of deeper savoury spice notes. Crunchy and juicy at once.
85% Pinot Gris and 15% Sauvignon Blanc. Each vinified separately, with 40% fermented on skins in concrete and 60% directly pressed and fermented with full solids in combination of concrete, stainless steel and neutral barrique barrels.
