Between Five Bells are the last three words in the first stanza of Kenneth Slessor’s famous poem, Five Bells.  A beautiful lyrical poem, well worth a read and central to the way we think about the B5B wines.

For no other reason than to be delicious. This is the THIRD release of our PET-NAT (pétillant naturel). Think White peach, blossom, red apples and ruby grapefruit pith. When it should be drunk is up to you, probably not long after it comes into your possession.

Pét-Nat is short for pétillant naturel, which is simply French for “naturally sparkling” – and that's essentially what it is!
