A vibrant, chalky rosé crafted from 50-year-old vines grown in the Los Pozos vineyard, with chalky soils that lend finesse and minerality. Inspired by the rosés of Côtes de Provence, it offers delicate aromas of ripe strawberries, red currants, and white peach, with floral and herbal undertones. The fruit is crushed and pressed before fermenting with native yeasts, then aged on lees in large foudres for up to six months. The result is a silky, bright wine with crisp acidity, subtle texture, and a dry, elegant finish.
