Texture is silky, lightly creamy, and subtly chalky, showing gentle barrel influence without heaviness. The mid‑palate reveals grapefruit, nougat, soft spice, struck‑match nuance, and cool wet‑stone minerality, adding savoury depth beneath the fruit. The finish is dry, long, and chiselled, leaving citrus peel, saline, and mineral echoes with persistent clarity and finesse.
