The mid‑palate reveals violet, black pepper, dried herb, cocoa, and a cool mineral thread, adding savoury depth beneath the vibrant fruit. The finish is dry, long, and gently spicy, leaving dark‑berry, pepper, and mineral echoes with clean, persistent clarity.
