Grown on the steepest of Brinktop’s rocky dolerite slopes. The Chardonnay grapes are handpicked, driven straight to the winery and cooled to 2 degrees before being whole bunch pressed directly to barrel to ferment. It is bottled after 7 months maturing in the carefully selected French oak barrels. White peaches, floral and citrus notes, almond meal. A creamy mouthful followed by refreshing acidity.
