This vintage opens with lush, sweet plum, anise, dried flowers, and earthy mineral tones, supported by vibrant acidity and supple tannins. The palate is deep and elegant, with impressive finesse and complexity, offering a refined, age-worthy expression of Barbera. The wine undergoes extended maceration (10–18 days) and is aged 15–20 months in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by 6 months in bottle before release.
