A vibrant and juicy Barossa GSM, with aromas of dark cherry, raspberry and strawberry, complemented by floral, spice and mineral characters. The palate is medium-bodied and silky, with deep red and dark fruit flavours, subtle graphite and savoury notes, and supple fine-grained tannins. Gentle acidity provides freshness and balance, while nine months in seasoned French oak adds complexity without overpowering the fruit. The finish is long, smooth and savoury.
