The palate is medium-bodied and silky, showing concentrated blue and dark fruits with bright acidity and fine, supple tannins. Gentle French oak adds subtle spice and texture without overpowering the fruit, while savoury and mineral notes contribute depth. The finish is long, fresh and refined, with excellent balance and cool-climate elegance.
