Subtle pale colour with green reflections on a delicate effervescence. Discreet minerality (wet chalk, oyster shell) and fresh bread. This wine opens up, on aeration, with fruity notes of orange and clementine fruit jelly, but also honey and acacia flowers. The wine is smooth with a nice lemony attack. This wine is rich, full and long in the mouth. These citrus notes are found on the palate with candied fruit (orange, clementine).
