The fruit for this crunchy, bright, white peach and citrus edged Chardonnay came from the Waterton Hall vineyard on the Tamar River in Northern Tasmania. Aromas of citrus zest, tropical lime and white stone fruit over hints of nut. White nectarine and fresh grapefruit with subtle oatmeal characters on the palate. Balanced and structured with juicy lees complexity. Fresh natural acidity gives focus and length. The wine to be enjoyed at its optimum.
