Freshly squeezed Tahitian lime, lemon rind and a hint of rose petal perfume with a little textural grip on the palate. Picked early to retain loads of natural, crunchy acid. Finishing long with refreshing tart green apple. An exceptional vintage in Clare Valley – South Australia, in general. Milder weather conditions throughout the growing season provided ideal ripening conditions, primarily for quality, but also above average yields.
