Coppabella Sirius Chardonnay

Sirius is Coppabella’s flagship wine. Grown in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains; climatically, Tumbarumba shares more parallels with Burgundy than other Australian wine regions. Pale straw with green flecks. Chilled grapes are whole bunch pressed straight to barrel for fermentation. The solids are kept with the free run juice for added complexity. A bright clean nose of green apple, stone fruits and subtle cashew notes. On palate a luxurious palate that has perfect tension thanks to a core of high natural acid. The palate unfolds with fresh cut pineapple and green apple amidst nutty complexity.
