Bright black cherry, plum and soft blueberry lead with a clean, lifted Adelaide Hills Tempranillo profile. Subtle florals, gentle spice and a fine cocoa‑tinged, lightly earthy edge sit underneath, giving quiet depth and a smooth, rounded feel. The palate is fresh, supple and beautifully balanced — dark fruit, savoury spice, bright acidity and fine tannin carrying a long, pure, dry finish. A vibrant, elegant expression of Coulter’s Tempranillo.
