Crawford River 'Strata' Riesling

There is a dry mineral, stone-like quality to this wine. Wonderfully concentrated, with oatmeal, mandarin oil and generous fruit - think white nectarine and ripe, green melon. Undertones of Elderflower. There is a beautiful, even palate, complimenting fruit and acidity, emboldened by complexity of time on lees and lightened by gentle acid balance. An easy mouthfeel and a joy to drink.
