Cullen Mangan Vineyard Malbec

This delicious wine is made from dry farmed Malbec from the Mangan Vineyard, and is certified bio-dynamic and carbon positive. It was harvested on a fruit day in the bio-dynamic calendar, before being naturally fermented without additions. No preservatives have been used in the production of this wine. This is one of the purest wines from Cullen, being naturally fermented then pressed off skins after 14 days, settling for one month in older oak before bottling. The style is bright, fresh, balanced and fine, with juicy, unctuous fruit and light tannins. Delicious drinking for any lover of Malbec and supernatural wines. Mulberry red with purple, electric meniscus in colour. Roses, mulberry, cranberry, basil, thyme. Palate bright fresh fruits with fine grained tannins lifting the fruit to the mid palate and carrying the fruits and herbs to the back palate in a long satisfying finish. Drink now to 20 years.
