Made from the vineyard's oldest vines: 37 year old Pommard clone, and 32 year old Dijon clone.

Wild yeast fermented, matured in French oak (20% new) for 10 months. No fining or filtering.

Touch of light, toasted oak, blackcurrant and cranberry aromas. On the palate, elegant, persistent tannins, complex. Long sour cherry acidity and freshness.
