Deep, concentrated and beautifully sculpted, it opens with blackberry, black cherry and dark plum, wrapped in layers of violet, cracked pepper, warm spice and savoury garrigue. The palate is fuller, richer and more structured than the other cuvées — dense dark fruit, subtle earth and cocoa, and a refined thread of herbal complexity that speaks to Nyons’ higher‑altitude terroir. Tannins are firm, fine and confidently shaped, giving a long, powerful, spice‑laden finish with real depth and presence.
