Deep, dark and beautifully structured, it opens with blackberry, black cherry and plum, layered with notes of violet, pepper, warm spice and a touch of garrigue. The palate is fuller and more concentrated than the straight Côtes du Rhône — ripe dark fruit, subtle earthiness, and a fine thread of savory herbs that reflect the Nyons terroir. Tannins are firm yet polished, giving a long, spicy, confidently built finish with real southern Rhône character.
