It opens with aromas of raspberry, blackberry, black cherry, and red currant, lifted by violet, dark florals, licorice, and cracked pepper. Compared to many entry‑level Côtes‑du‑Rhône bottlings, this cuvée is more polished, more structured, and more expressive. On the palate, it is medium‑bodied, smooth, and richly fruited, showing flavors of ripe raspberry, blackberry compote, cherry, and subtle spice, supported by fine, lightly chewy tannins and bright acidity that keeps the wine lively.
