Compared to heavier Languedoc reds, this cuvée is lighter, brighter, and more fruit‑forward, leaning into drinkability. On the palate, it is medium‑bodied, juicy, and vibrant, showing flavors of ripe raspberry, black cherry, crunchy plum, and soft spice, supported by gentle tannins and a smooth, lightly spicy finish. The rocky clay‑limestone soils add a subtle mineral edge.
