It opens with aromas of citrus peel, red berries, peach skin, and wild herbs, with subtle notes of spice and candied citrus. Compared to many Provence rosés, this is deeper, more structured, and more savoury, reflecting Bandol’s Mourvèdre‑driven identity. On the palate, it is full‑bodied, fresh, and finely textured, showing flavors of stone fruit, citrus, redcurrant, and wild herbs, supported by bright acidity and a silky but weighty mid‑palate. The Mourvèdre brings structure and length; Cinsault adds delicacy; Grenache and Carignan contribute fruit and spice.
