It opens with aromas of black plum, blueberry, ripe red berries, woodsmoke, and warm spice, with Mourvèdre contributing its signature dark fruit and savoury depth. Compared to many Provence reds, this cuvée is more structured, more brooding, and more overtly Mediterranean. On the palate, it is full‑bodied, powerful, and dry, showing flavors of ripe red and black fruits, plum skin, spice, and subtle earth, supported by firm but well‑integrated tannins. The 2021 vintage’s cooler profile adds freshness and lift, balancing the wine’s natural density.
