The palate is generous, mineral, and beautifully sculpted, opening with ripe white peach, apricot, and yellow plumthat echo the richness typical of Chignin‑Bergeron. A mid‑palate of chalk, tilleul, and subtle exotic fruit reflects the clay‑limestone slopes and the cuvée’s fine lees aging. The texture is silky, concentrated, and quietly powerful, with a seamless balance of acidity and gentle Roussanne opulence. The finish is long, saline, and deeply persistent, tapering with stone fruit skin, alpine herbs, and a cool mineral echo.
