A mid‑palate of chalk, tilleul, and subtle honeyed warmth reflects the long, gentle pressing and cool fermentation. The fiberglass élevage preserves purity and lift, giving the wine a clean, mineral‑etched line beneath its generous fruit. The finish is long, saline, and quietly powerful, tapering with stone‑fruit skin, alpine herbs, and a cool limestone echo.
