It opens with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, and plum, layered with dry earth, spice, violets, and crushed stone. Compared to many Gigondas bottlings, this cuvée is more aromatic, more transparent, and more elegant, thanks to its multi‑parcel blend and Santa Duc’s biodynamic precision. On the palate, it is medium‑ to full‑bodied, suave, and finely textured, showing flavors of ripe red fruits, plum skin, sweet spice, and mineral dust, supported by dense but beautifully integrated tannins.
