It opens with aromas of Morello cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, mint, rose petal, thyme, and rosemary, with flashes of preserved lemon and white pepper. Compared to Aux Lieux‑Dits, this cuvée is higher‑toned, more floral, more vertical, shaped by altitude and limestone. On the palate, it is medium‑bodied, precise, and finely etched, showing flavors of red berries, cherry skin, violet, saffron, and mineral dust, supported by brisk acidity and fine, chalk‑textured tannins. The limestone terraces give the wine a cool, lifted, mountain‑fresh profile.
