On the palate, it is medium‑ to full‑bodied, powerful, and finely structured, showing flavors of dark berry fruit, plum skin, black pepper, and savory spice, supported by firm, refined tannins and bright, energetic acidity. The old‑vine Serine character brings density without heaviness, and the granite slopes give the wine a vertical, mineral‑driven frame.
