Compared to heavier southern French reds, this cuvée is brighter, more herbal, and more Mediterranean in tone. On the palate, it is medium‑bodied, juicy, and supple, showing flavors of red berries, cherry, warm spice, and garrigue herbs, supported by fresh acidity and silky, lightly muscular tannins. The stainless‑steel élevage keeps the fruit pure and lifted.
