Dominique Portet Brut Rose 'LD' NV

Crafted from Pinot Noir (55%) and Chardonnay (45%) grown in the cool, elevated vineyards of the Upper Yarra Valley, this elegant Brut Rosé captures both freshness and finesse. The fruit comes from 25-year-old vines at 250 metres altitude and includes 15% reserve wines dating back to 2013, adding subtle depth and maturity.

Delicately pale in colour with fine, persistent bubbles, it shows aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal and citrus zest, layered with hints of brioche and spice. The palate is lively and refined, with bright red-berry fruit, gentle creaminess and a long, graceful finish that lingers beautifully.
