Elderton Eden Valley Chardonnay

Elegant, driven, focused , Pale straw in colour. Aroma Orange blossom with a delicious hint of coconut macaroon. Palate just ripe peach and hints of sweet lime, all very much in check with a beautiful line of fresh acidity. Additional layers of texture from battonage and hints of creamy toasty oak from barrel fermentation further enhance the delicate core of fruit, leading to a long finish. Drink now or cellar confidently for 5+ years.
