Equipo Navazos La Bota 124 Fino Amontillado

A deep, elegant and concentrated Fino showing the beginnings of Amontillado character. Aromas of toasted almonds, pastry, dried citrus and subtle saline minerality lead into a dry, intense palate with excellent concentration and savoury complexity. The flor character remains present but is becoming more delicate as the wine develops oxidative notes, giving it a beautiful balance between freshness, nuttiness and depth. The finish is long, dry and distinctly mineral, with an estimated average age of around 15 years.
