Equipo Navazos La Bota 85 Fino Amontillado

Deep, elegant and intensely concentrated, with a striking combination of fresh saline and flor-derived characters alongside roasted almonds, dried citrus, yeasty notes and the beginnings of oxidative complexity. The palate is dry, powerful and beautifully textured, with a subtle glycerol richness balanced by chalky minerality and bright freshness. Long and persistent, it finishes with savoury, nutty and saline flavours. The wine has an estimated average age of 12–14 years and was bottled at 16% alcohol.
