Soft and lightly juicy, a light savouriness in plummy fruit, blackberries, sweetish fruit albeit finishes cool and alpine in a way. Delicious to drink, easy to drink, a compelling malbec that sits at a brighter end of the scale but with all the expected pillowy niceness of the variety. And those silky tannins come in late for a fine, gently puckering thing to close. It’s a really lovely wine.
