The Golden States climate is the secret to producing both quality and quantity of one of Fat Bastards favourite whites, Chardonnay. Known for its rolling hills and valleys and often compared to the Mediterranean, California produces classic examples of oaked chardonnays. Creamy, rich and full of that Fat Bastard feel. Fat Bastard Chardonnay has an opulent, rich palate of grilled pineapple, spiced butterscotch and loaded with peach and apricot. Filled with macadamia and almond meal notes, bright acidity bringing liveliness and freshness. Full bodied goodness. Drink with: Gnocchi and sage burnt butter. Whilst most might think the butter on butter mix could clash, we say don’t estimate this Fat Bastard.
