Domaine Frantz Chagnoleau Saint Veran 'Prelude'

Domaine Frantz Chagnoleau is located in the Mâconnais , in Burgundy . The 6.8 hectare vineyard is managed by Frantz Chagnoleau and Caroline Gon with respect for the environment, using organic farming . In the cellar, they are very non-interventionist. The wines ferment with indigenous yeasts and after alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, they are kept on their lees.

Saint-Véran Prélude comes from two plots located in the localities of Pré Jaux and La Rochette, whose terroir is composed of stony limestone. The majority of the vines (80%) are over 50 years old. The wine is aged in tuns.
