The palate is mineral, floral, and quietly powerful, opening with lemon oil, white peach, and ripe orchard fruitshaped by Fourchaume’s warm, south‑facing slope. A mid‑palate of gunflint, crushed stone, and white‑flower liftreflects the Côtes de Fontenay lieu‑dit and its Kimmeridgian limestone. The texture is supple yet finely etched, with old‑vine concentration giving depth while organic farming preserves clarity. The finish is long, saline, and chalk‑lined, tapering with citrus pith, flint, and a cool mineral hum.
