Harvested both by machine and hand (depending on the time of day), from vineyards in Woodbourne, Renwick and Rapaura.

Lightly pressed and cold-settled prior to racking into mostly used French oak barriques. Spotaneous wild yeast fermentation with occasional lees stirring; two-thirds MLF. Maturation in tank on lees for six months. Bottled September 2023.

Intensely aromatic with tropical fruits and white floral notes underpinned by fresh herbs. The palate is savory, succulent and textural, with bright acidity and a touch of saltiness driving to an exceptionally long finish.
