The Peggy's Hill Riesling is vibrant and taut in the glass—it thrums with energy like a plucked guitar string. It has notes of crushed rocks, pressed white flowers, scratched lime zest and pithy, zesty acid in the mouth. This is a very fine, light wine, with a firm phenolic structure and good length. It is gorgeous, neat and long. 11.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap. Erin Larkin
