The Cabernet shows the region’s cool, complex but elegant style of a perfect wine.

Hungerford Hill Classic Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep red coloured wine . Fragrances of blackcurrants, black olives, cloves and nutmeg flow off the luscious nose. The muscular palate shows a full of noble and austere tannins, which fuse with the marvelous flavours to lead to a lengthy and well balanced finishing.

Cellaring up to 8 years, will reward with aged characteristic of the Cabernet.

"A rather stern cabernet with a tightly wound palate making it feel like a dry red. Saved by flecks of cassis, currants and licorice with the more savoury influences of licorice and wood spice" (Halliday).
